Sponsorship Opportunities

The Fallbrook High School Marching Band and Color Guard have a packed schedule this year, consisting of 20+ competitions in field, drumline, and winterguard seasons; concerts and football games; and a variety of community events such as parades, tree lighting, Disneyland performances, and more. Students spend endless hours every week in preparation for these events, learning many valuable life skills in the process.

Taking care of our 120+ students is an expensive undertaking. School district funding and student fees aren’t enough to cover the massive costs associated with a band of this size. Our program never turns a student away based on their ability to contribute financially, which means we need community support. One of the most effective ways for our organization to raise funds is through sponsorships and donations, and we hope you’ll consider pitching in. Our tiered sponsorship program allows local businesses and patrons to show support for the program, with levels starting at $100, and we also accept donations of any amount.

Some of the things made possible through our generous sponsors and donors: 

• Uniforms, concert attire, and props

• Meals and fees for competitions, festivals, and exhibitions 

• Music, equipment, instruments, and supplies

• Transportation to competitions and off-campus events 

• Equipment truck and trailer maintenance, fuel, and repairs 

 

Every dollar raised is used solely for the benefit of the students in the band and guard program. Fallbrook Band Boosters is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Tax ID No. 710918424), so contributions may be tax-deductible (please check with your tax provider). We will provide receipts and acknowledgement for any contributions; however, you can opt out of this if you prefer to remain anonymous.
