About the Event
This will be an important and mandatory meeting for all parents whose child is committed to going to Hawaii. We must have all names turned in to the Hawaii Coordinator by February 7th, in order to book our airfare. This is a hard deadline and students must be fully committed by this date. A minimum of 50% of the cost of the trip ($1000) must be turned in by this time, in order to hold your spot. This includes students, chaperones, and any other family member who will be attending the trip with us. Additional Hawaii meeting topics will include, logistics of the trip, upcoming fundraisers, spaghetti dinner, and more.
